Here is another quick sketch I did on a Starbucks lid. This has always been one of my childhood stories. I’ve played with the idea of making the other characters to put in my portfolio. Still having to make those decisions on what I want to work on for my 2013 portfolio. Hope you enjoy 🙂

For this piece I wanted to keep it fairly monotone. I took a quick sketch from my sketchbook and took 1 hr. to complete. I took inspiration from old vintage photographs. I also played around with making my own custom brushes. Lots of fun. Hope you all like it 😉
